We ensure that this process is handled safely and efficiently, easing the burden on affected homeowners.

Permits & Plans:

We assist in coordinating new structural and architectural plans, guiding you through the permit process, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Where applicable, we can also facilitate redesigns and potential expansions of up to 10%, as permitted by the LA Building and Safety Department.
